We understand you will have many questions in relation to 11.11 Coaching- Mind over Miles! Below you will find some of our frequently asked questions! If we have not covered your question, feel free to send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

✨What events do you cater for ?

We currently offer 1:1 coaching with 1 of our coaching team. For enquiries regarding this – please see our 1:1 coaching information.

✨How do I choose the plan most suitable to me?

Once you reach out to one of our coaches, they will set up a call to discus your goals and ambitions. Your coach will be able to guide you and offer insights into the best approach to take when setting short and long term goals.

✨Does a programme include race entry?

Psrogrammes do not include race entry to the marathon or any preparation races. You must register for these separately.

✨Are the training paces in kms or miles?

The plan will cover both minutes per km and minutes per mile.

✨What happens if I get injured?

Unfortunately, injuries can occur when engaging in strenuous physical activity. If you have a niggle / injury / sickness our first recommendation is to visit a health practitioner ( physiotherapist / doctor ) ASAP and receive a diagnosis. This will allow you to put a plan in place and follow a return to running protocol.

If you receive clearance to cross train, we will provide a non impact cross training guide to help maintain fitness during injury.Following advice from your practitioner , we can make adjustments to your plan as required. Our aim is to help you get back to running as a stronger more resilient runner post injury and enure we deal with the cause of the injury, thus reducing the risk of injury re - occurrence in the future.
